We’re building a B2B marketplace connecting retailers and wholesalers in the second-hand mobile phone industry across Europe.
We’re looking for a hungry, resourceful Lead Gens to help find and onboard clients at scale. This is not a passive role — you’ll be directly responsible for identifying shops, reaching out, and getting them live on the platform.
Research and build lists of phone retailers Europe 1st, USA 2nd.

Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English
Confident communicating with business owners
Comfortable with outreach
Highly proactive – doesn’t wait for instructions

Experience in sales, lead generation, or cold outreach
Familiar with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Google Maps scraping
Experience working with marketplaces or e-commerce
Understanding of the mobile phone / electronics space
Metrics:
Number of retailers contacted
Conversations started
Retailers successfully onboarded
This role is results-driven.
Base pay (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses per retailer onboarded
