JOB OVERVIEW

Etsy Store Manager & Operations Assistant (Digital Products)

We are building a luxury digital wedding stationery brand and are looking for a highly organised and proactive assistant to manage listings, store operations, and content distribution.

This is a fast-moving role focused on getting products live quickly and consistently.

? Role Overview

You will be working closely with a designer.

Your role is to take finished products and:

???? get them live
???? get them visible
???? keep everything organised

This is an execution-focused role, not just admin.

???? Responsibilities

Etsy Store Management

• Upload digital product listings to Etsy
• Write titles, descriptions, and tags using ChatGPT
• Organise product files, images, and folders
• Ensure listings are clean, accurate, and optimised

Shopify Store Support

• Upload and manage products on Shopify
• Maintain a clean and consistent product catalogue

Content & Distribution

• Create and schedule Pinterest pins on Pinterest
• Schedule Instagram and TikTok posts
• Upload and organise visual content provided by the designer

Customer Support

• Respond to Etsy messages professionally
• Handle basic customer enquiries
• Escalate important issues when needed

???? Work Structure (Important)

We are launching quickly and require higher output in the initial phase.

Initial Sprint Phase (first 2–3 weeks)

• 10–15 hours per week

Ongoing

• 5–10 hours per week

This role has potential to grow as the business scales.

???? Weekly Targets

• Upload 25–40 listings per week
• Schedule 20 Pinterest posts
• Schedule 10 Instagram / TikTok posts

? Requirements

• Experience using Etsy (required)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good written English
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

? Strong Advantage

• Experience with digital products
• Experience with Pinterest or social media scheduling
• Experience managing Shopify stores

• $4–$6/hour depending on experience
