WHO WE ARE
7-Figure Educator® provides high-performing educators — with a particular emphasis on Black educators and educators of color — with the coaching, content, curriculum, and community needed to build six- and seven-figure education consulting businesses.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
We believe deeply that “If anyone deserves to be a millionaire, it’s an educator.”
Our work exists to shift power, expand possibility, and help educators build wealth through ownership, strategy, and scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Video Editor to serve as a member of our in-house media team.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, culture, and strategy. You will not only execute high-quality video content editing day-to-day, but also help build the systems, standards, and vision for our media department.
This is an ideal opportunity for a freelance video editor who is ready to trade the unpredictability of entrepreneurship for stability, leadership, and long-term growth inside a mission-driven company.
You will report to our Manager of Marketing & Content Strategy, and Lead Videographer with a clear growth path as our media function scales.
Our Video Style & Content
Video is a core part of our brand, not an afterthought. Before applying, we encourage candidates to review our existing video content to get a clear sense of our visual style, storytelling approach, and production expectations.
Our content lives at the intersection of:
- Strategic business education

- Culture-forward storytelling
- High-touch events and experiences
This role will build on what exists today while helping evolve and elevate our video strategy as we scale.
Here’s what video actually looks like in our brand today — and where you’ll be building from.
Candidates should be excited to both execute at this level immediately and elevate our video quality and systems over time.
