We are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent, and proactive individual to join our growing team within a luxury transportation business.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of their work, and values precision.
What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong Mindset
You have a positive, can-do attitude and take initiative when solving problems. You work well within a team and remain composed in high-pressure situations.

2. Exceptional Attention to Detail
A large part of this role involves managing bookings, inputting data into our systems, and communicating with clients. Accuracy is critical—small errors can have significant consequences.

3. Flexibility
We aim to accommodate preferred working hours where possible. However, flexibility is essential, as workload may vary during busy and quieter periods.

4. Strong English Communication Skills
You must have a strong command of English, both written and spoken, and feel confident communicating with clients and tea ---------- mbers via phone and email.

5. Technical Confidence
You should be comfortable using computers, learning new systems, and working with online tools efficiently.

You will be working closely with our existing remote team, including tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines
