Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, send
- Qualify prospects based on client criteria and gather essential information before handover.
- Maintain accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service during initial contact and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confidence when speaking with potential clients over the phone or through
- Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and consistency in hitting performance goals.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or telesales is a plus.
