Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for tracking the company’s finances, monitoring all cash flow (incoming and outgoing funds), managing payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring overall financial stability and accuracy.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling financial systems for a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
Track and manage all company finances, including money coming in and going out
Monitor and record all financial transactions accurately
Oversee and process employee payroll on time
Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and payment schedules
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts for management
Develop and maintain budgets and financial plans
Ensure proper documentation of all expenses and financial records
Review financial processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Prepare and generate pay slips for all the members.

Qualifications
Proven experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial management
Previous experience as a Finance Officer, Finance Manager, Accountant, or CFO is an advantage
Strong understanding of cash flow management, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and accounting or payroll software
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
