Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and effective communicator to join our remote team as a Locksmith Sales Support VA. In this role, you will manage inbound customer calls, converting inquiries into job orders while addressing customer needs in a professional and efficient manner.
Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate information, recommending appropriate solutions, and scheduling appointments, all while maintaining a friendly and customer-focused approach. A background in locksmith services, sales, and experience in a fast-paced, reactive environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls related to locksmith services, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
-Convert customer inquiries into sales by suggesting suitable solutions and scheduling service appointments.
-Use CRM tools to log interactions, update customer records, and track lead progress.
-Adhere to call-handling protocols and use locksmith-specific terminology.
-Manage job orders, including pricing, scheduling, and coordinating technician dispatch.
-Communicate with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
-Collaborate with dispatch and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
-Ensure customer queries are addressed within defined timeframes, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Mandatory Skills:
-2+ years of experience in dispatch or locksmith services.
-Experience working in a reactive environment (e.g., handling urgent, time-sensitive service requests).
-Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
-Proven sales experience, particularly in converting inquiries into bookings.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to upsell services when appropriate.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and call management software.
-Ability to stay calm and efficient in a high-call volume environment.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
-Attention to detail and adherence to structured processes.
Preferred Skills:
-Previous experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role
-Familiarity with lead tracking or ticketing systems.
-Quick to learn new technical or service-related terms.
-Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
-Knowledge of tools like Syncrorma PBX or custom CRMs (a plus, but not required).
