Systems & Automation Operator (Remote – Philippines)

We are not hiring a typical Virtual Assistant.

We are hiring someone to build and automate systems inside a growing U.S.-based trucking company (ECG Freight).

Our goal is simple:
???? Eliminate manual work
???? Reduce human dependency
???? Build a business that runs on systems

???? WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Identify repetitive tasks across the business
• Build automations using tools like:
• Zapier
• Make (Integromat)
• n8n
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Create systems for:
• Operations tracking (trucks, drivers, dispatch)
• Alerts and notifications
• Reporting and dashboards
• Recruiting workflows
• Turn manual processes into automated workflows
• Continuously improve and optimize systems

• You think in systems, not tasks
• You can take a problem and build a solution without step-by-step instructions
• You have experience building real automations, not just basic tasks
• You are proactive, fast, and reliable
• You can work independently and hit deadlines

• Basic Virtual Assistants
• Task followers who need constant direction
• People without automation experience

???? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Zapier, Make, or n8n (at least one required)
• CRM automation (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Workflow design and logic building
• Strong problem-solving skills

• $1,000 – $1,500/month (full-time)
