JOB OVERVIEW

VSL Video Editor & Producer – E-Commerce Store

We are looking for an experienced VSL (Video Sales Letter) Specialist for our online store. Your main responsibility will be producing high-converting VSLs ranging from 1 to 10 minutes in length.

Here's how we work: We provide the video scripts and also supply AI-generated video clips for B-roll footage. Your job is to take all provided materials (scripts, AI B-roll, assets) and craft polished, professional video sales letters that match the script perfectly — scene by scene. If additional footage or visuals are needed, we expect you to create or source them yourself, whether through AI tools, stock footage, or other creative methods.

What we're looking for: We need someone who can take a script and raw materials and turn them into compelling, scroll-stopping VSLs — consistently and efficiently. You should have strong experience in video editing, scene composition, pacing, and storytelling for direct-response / e-commerce video ads.

Requirements: – Proven experience creating VSLs or long-form video ads (1–10 min) – Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar) – Experience working with AI-generated video content and integrating it seamlessly – Ability to independently source or create additional visuals when needed – Understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling that sells – Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent quality

Current workload: Approximately 2 hours per day (Mon–Fri), with plans to scale up to part-time or full-time as we grow.

Pay: $4–$20/hour depending on your skill level and portfolio quality.
