GoHighLevel Automation VA (Part-Time)
Agency-Level Systems Support | Automation & Pipeline Management

We are seeking a methodical and technically qualified GoHighLevel Automation VA to provide part-time support for our agency's CRM and automation infrastructure. The successful candidate will demonstrate verifiable agency-level experience with GoHighLevel and a disciplined approach to systems configuration, quality assurance, and escalation protocols.

Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic audits of existing GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and trigger configurations
- Design and implement follow-up sequences (SMS and email) for client sub-accounts in alignment with established objectives
- Configure, manage, and maintain the GoHighLevel Pro Agency account and associated features
- Verify that pipeline logic, reply triggers, and lead movement are operating correctly and consistently
- Provide technical support for AI receptionist tool setup, configuration, and performance monitoring
- Replicate standardized service delivery frameworks for newly onboarded agency clients
- Adhere to escalation procedures when encountering issues that exceed defined scope or authority

Requirements
- Demonstrable, hands-on GoHighLevel experience at the agency level
- Technical proficiency in workflow automation, sub-account management, pipeline setup, and trigger configuration
- Capacity to execute clearly defined instructions with precision and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional reliability, attention to detail, and self-directed work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI receptionist tools, AI chatbot platforms, or voice automation systems
- Prior experience with SnapDocs or equivalent document/e-signature tools
- Background in agency-side onboarding and service delivery replication
