We are a growing software company helping US local businesses get more clients through better websites and digital solutions. Our service solves a real problem, and we are currently looking for multiple cold calling sales agents, so if you meet the requirements, you have a strong chance of being hired.

What you will do

- Cold call US local business owners
- Speak directly with decision-makers
- Pitch our website and digital service offers
- Handle objections professionally
- Book the next step or move the sale forward

- $400/month base salary

Work schedule

Monday to Friday
8 hours per day
US business hours

You must be comfortable working night shifts
Experience working night shift jobs is a big advantage

Important

Work is tracked with a time tracker
You must have reliable internet, a good headset/microphone, and a quiet workspace

Requirements

- Mandatory cold calling experience
- Mandatory direct sales experience
- Experience speaking with US business owners
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Very good spoken English
- Neutral or American-sounding accent
- Confidence, discipline, and consistency
- Previous night shift experience preferred
- This is not for beginners

Important: the owner should reject you at first, and you should show how you respond and try to move the conversation forward.

Recording 2 - around 2 minutes
Simulate a cold call with the owner of a roofing company in Miami who does not have a website.
Tell them we already created a free demo website for their business and that we want to show it to them. Your goal is to get their email address.
Important: the owner should say no the first time, and you should show how you handle the objection and convince them on the second attempt.

These recordings are required so we can evaluate:

Your English level
Your pronunciation and diction
Your microphone quality
Your confidence on calls
Your sales and cold calling ability
How you handle objections in real conversation
