JOB OVERVIEW

???? Creative Director (AI Creatives & Ad Content) – Ecommerce Brand
We are looking for a Creative Director to join our ecommerce team and take ownership of our advertising creatives. Your role will be to produce high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions, while saving our team time by managing the entire creative production process.
This includes creating AI-generated videos, editing ad creatives, producing images, and developing new creative concepts for our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and other advertising platforms
Produce AI-generated videos and images for marketing campaigns
Edit UGC-style videos, product videos, and ad creatives
Develop new creative concepts, hooks and angles for ads
Generate multiple creative variations for testing
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creative performance
Tools You Must Be Comfortable With
You should already have experience working with tools such as:
Communication & Workflow
Slack (team communication)
Hubstaff (time tracking)
Video & Design
CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut
Photoshop / Canva / Figma
AI Creative Tools
Midjourney
Runway
Pika
Sora or other AI video tools
Other AI tools for image and video generation
Translation & AI Tools
Chat GPT
DeepL
These tools are used daily in our workflow.

Requirements
Experience creating ecommerce advertising creatives
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Experience using AI tools to generate creative assets
Ability to produce multiple creatives quickly and efficiently
Understanding of Meta and TikTok ad creatives that convert
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Work Structure
10- 15 hours per week
4–5 days per week (2,5- 3 hours a day)
Remote position
We will start with a 2-week trial period to evaluate performance and collaboration. During this trial period we will pay $3,50 per hour. If the trial goes well, this can become a long-term position and we offer growth opportunities within our company.
Compensation
$4 per hour, depending on experience and skill level (+ bonuses).
