**About the Role**
We're a growing DTC brand in the hair tools space and we're looking for a sharp, organised full-time Hiring & Recruitment Pipeline Manager to run our creative talent hiring operation end to end.
You'll own our entire hiring pipeline — from publishing job posts and screening applicants, to keeping our Notion database updated and scheduling assessments. Our goal is to always have a warm bench of ready-to-hire creative talent, and you'll be the person who makes that happen.
This role reports directly to the founder. If you're someone who likes building clean systems, stays on top of details, and communicates proactively — this is for you.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Post and manage job listings on Ecom Talent, Upwork, [OnlineJobs.ph](http://OnlineJobs.ph), and LinkedIn
- Set up Typeform screening questionnaires for each role; collect equivalent data via messages on platforms that don't allow external links
- Screen incoming applications and flag qualified candidates
- Keep our Notion hiring pipeline accurate and up to date at all times
- Coordinate and schedule paid candidate assessments and intro calls
- Maintain a warm bench of 3–5 vetted candidates per creative role
- Track a running list of potential poach targets from top DTC brands
**Roles You'll Be Hiring For**
- Video editors
- Creative strategists
- Graphic designers
- Copywriters
**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or talent operations
- Strong written English — you'll communicate with candidates directly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Notion, Typeform, and job platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn
- Proactive — you don't wait to be told when something needs fixing
- Experience hiring for creative or digital roles is a big plus
**Details**
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Remote
- Salary: $5–$15/hr depending on experience
- Start: ASAP
**How to Apply**
Send your application with answers to these 4 questions:
1. How many open roles have you managed at one time?
2. What tools have you used to track candidates and manage pipelines?
3. Have you hired for creative roles before (editors, designers, copywriters)? Give an example.
4. How would you set up and maintain an always-on hiring pipeline from scratch?
Applications that don't answer these questions will not be reviewed.
