interior Designer (ArchiCAD + InDesign) | Full-Time | Philippines (9am–6pm PHT)
Mid–Senior Level | 2-Month Contract (Initial Engagement)
We are a Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio working on high-end residential projects. Our work is calm, refined and highly resolved, with a focus on restraint, material quality, and spatial clarity.
We are looking for an experienced interior designer to join our team remotely on an initial two-month contract.
This is a production-focused role. You will take direction and turn it into clear, resolved, well-presented work.
About the Role
You will work across multiple residential projects, producing interiors documentation to our standards from early concept through to documentation and presentation.
You must be able to think through drawings, take direction, and recognise when something needs to be clarified.
Responsibilities
• Develop interior layouts, joinery, and material schemes from direction
• Produce interior documentation in ArchiCAD under direction
• Translate markups and sketches into clear, buildable drawings
• Prepare finishes and FF&E schedules in Excel
• Prepare high-quality presentations in InDesign
• Maintain consistency across drawings, schedules, and presentations
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and raise them early
Requirements
• 4+ years experience in interior design (residential preferred)
• Strong ArchiCAD skills
• Strong InDesign skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• Experience with joinery, wet areas, and finishes
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
• Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
Bonus (not essential)
• Experience with Programa (favourable)
• Experience working with Australian or international studios
Hours
• Full-time: 9:00am – 6:00pm Philippine time (Monday–Friday)
• Remote role (Philippines-based)
Contract Terms
• Initial 2-month contract
• Time is tracked and paid based on accurately recorded hours
• Daily time tracking is required
• Workload and priorities are allocated and managed by our team
