REQUIREMENTS (Strict - Non-Negotiable)
- At least 1 year phone/customer support experience (voice account)
- Experience in e-commerce or Shopify is highly preferred
- Preferably with retention experience (handling cancellations, saving customers, etc.)
- Must know how to use at least ONE of the following tools:
Pero Allo
Google Voice
Quo
- Has a clear, confident, and reassuring speaking voice
- Strong English communication skills (spoken)
- Comfortable handling high call volume
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with order concerns, shipping updates, and product inquiries
- Retain customers who are requesting cancellations or refunds
- Provide clear and professional solutions over the phone
- Document call details properly inside the CRM
- Maintain a calm, helpful, and solution-focused tone at all times
