JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
You'll start by editing short-form video ads (UGC-style, direct response) using scripts, AI tools, and briefs we provide. Over time, you'll develop into a full Creative Strategist — learning how to research markets, develop angles, and build ad concepts from scratch.
Schedule & Time Zone
We don't care when you work — as long as your daily output is delivered and you make the Saturday strategy call. You manage your own hours.
Daily output: 1 ad concept with 3 video variations.
You'll use AI and structured prompts for scripting and iteration, upload deliverables to Google Drive, log everything in our tracking sheet, and join weekly strategy calls. This is a system — you follow the process, use the frameworks, hit your output, and you earn.
How You Get Paid
You earn 2.5% of the first $10,000 in spend generated by each ad concept you create.
That's up to $250 per winning concept.
At 5+ concepts per week, you're getting 20+ shots on goal every month. You don't need every concept to win. You need a few. And as your skill improves, your hit rate goes up — and so does your income.
There is no monthly cap. The more winners you produce, the more you make.
Revenue is tracked transparently in a shared sheet and payments are made bi-weekly.
And we offer $ ---------- fixed salary on top for anybody delivering promising work reliably.
