We're a fast-growing digital media company. Our main product is an online platform whose aim is to convert traffic into paying customers.
We're hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of our live sales operations - managing a team of representatives, optimizing conversion rates, and scaling the operation as we grow. This is a high-impact leadership role. You'll be the person responsible for turning online clients into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives - hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and accountability
- Own the full conversation-to-conversion funnel - from first message to paid customer
- Optimize conversion rates - analyze conversation logs, identify what's working, build playbooks and scripts that increase close rates
- Scale the operation - as traffic increases, you'll grow the team and systems to handle higher volume without dropping conversion quality
- Report on performance - track and report key metrics: conversations handled, conversion rate, revenue per rep, response times
- Develop SOPs and training materials - standardize best practices so new tea
- Coordinate with the advertising team - align on traffic volume, audience quality, and campaign timing so the sales team is always prepared
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing a sales or customer engagement team - you've led people, not just done the work yourself
- Data-driven mindset - you make decisions based on conversion metrics, not gut feel
- Strong English communication - written is totally fine
- Proven ability to build and enforce SOPs - you create systems, not chaos
- Comfortable working remotely with async communication
- Available during required working hours - this is not a "check in when you feel like it" role
