We are a fast-growing real estate business based in Calgary, Canada, looking for a reliable and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and experienced in short form video editing and digital marketing. You will play a key role in helping manage our day-to-day operations, client communication, and online presence.
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Short-Form Video Editing (Primary Focus)
Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Add captions, hooks, and transitions (CapCut-style editing preferred)
Follow specific content styles and trends
Turn raw footage into engaging, high performing videos
???? Social Media Management
Schedule and post content across platforms
Write captions and assist with content ideas
Maintain consistent branding and tone
???? CRM & Email Marketing
Manage and update CRM (leads, notes, follow-ups)
Assist with email campaigns and newsletters
Help organize and track client communication
????? Administrative Support
General admin tasks and data entry
Organizing files and documents
Assisting with day to day business operations
???? Graphic Design
Create simple marketing materials (Canva)
Assist with listing promotions and social media graphics
? REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience with short form video editing (CapCut or similar)
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Graphic design experience (Canva preferred)
