JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Production Operator to help turn our founder-led content into consistent, high-quality output across LinkedIn, Instagram, and podcast platforms.

This is not just a video editing role.

You will be responsible for taking one core piece of content (our weekly podcast) and turning it into multiple polished assets — including clips, posts and scheduled content.

You will work closely with the founders of an b2b Australian contract manufacturer in the beauty and personal care space.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production

Edit weekly podcast episodes (video + audio)
Add intro/outro, basic motion, and clean formatting
Ensure professional sound and visual quality
Export final files for YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms

Short-Form Content Creation (Core Focus):

Create 5–10 high-quality clips per episode
Identify strong hooks and engaging ---------- nts
Add captions and optimise formatting for:
LinkedIn
Instagram Reels

Content Repurposing

Turn podcast transcripts into:
Draft LinkedIn posts
Carousel outlines
Short captions
(You will not be responsible for final messaging — but should be able to structure content clearly.)

Scheduling & Uploading:

Upload and schedule content across platforms
Maintain a structured content calendar
Ensure consistency and no missed posts

Workflow & Organisation:

Manage content pipeline from recording ? publishing
Communicate clearly on timelines and deliverables
Flag any delays or issues early

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Experience creating short-form social content
Ability to identify engaging hooks and ---------- nts
High attention to detail and organisation

Nice to Have:

Experience working with podcasts
Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats
Basic understanding of B2B or founder-led content

What This Role Is Not:

Not a strategy role
Not a social media manager
Not a branding or creative direction role
You will be executing and producing — not leading overall marketing direction.
