JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a dependable Graphic Designer who can create clean, professional graphics for a variety of business needs—digital and print. You should be comfortable following brand direction, working fast without sacrificing quality, and communicating clearly.

Important (Interview Requirement)
If selected for an interview, you must be able to open and work in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator during the interview (screen share). Please apply only if you have access to both.

What you’ll design
Social media graphics (posts, stories, promos, announcements)
Flyers, banners, signage, and other marketing materials
Basic web graphics and branded assets
Occasional apparel/t-shirt graphics (not the only focus—just one type of project)

Requirements
Adobe Illustrator + Adobe Photoshop (must have access and be proficient)
Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, spacing, color)
Experience creating social media graphics for a business
Reliable turnaround time and attention to detail (file setup matters)

At least 3 social media graphics
At least 2 non-social designs (flyer, banner, signage, brochure, web graphic, etc.)
For each example, tell me the goal and what you were responsible for.

3. T-Shirt/Apparel Graphics (One Filter Question)
Have you created t-shirt/apparel graphics before? If yes, share 1–2 examples and tell me what file types you delivered (AI, PSD, SVG, PNG, PDF).

4. Inspiration + Originality Process
When you need to create a new design from scratch, how do you get inspiration and turn it into an original design?
List your steps (where you look, how you collect ideas, how you avoid copying, how you choose fonts/colors/layout).
