Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for sellers from listing to closing
- Support listing agents with admin tasks and document prep
- Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate appointments (photography, signage, inspections)
- Keep accurate records in Follow Up Boss (FUB)
- Ensure compliance with listing agreements and disclosures

Important Requirement
Applicants must provide a supervisor reference, recommendation letter, or Certificate of Employment (COE) before interview scheduling.
