About Us
We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the hair and beauty space. We sell a premium natural hair oil through social media-driven marketing, and we're looking for a creative virtual assistant who can help us scale our video ad content using AI tools.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating video advertisements using AI video generation tools for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts, and Facebook
- Generating AI video content from provided scripts and creative direction
- Producing multiple visual variations of the same ad concept for split testing
- Adding captions, text overlays, and finishing touches to each video
- Maintaining a consistent brand look and feel across all content

Required Skills & Tools
- Experience with AI video generation platforms — specifically Veo3, NanoBanana, HeyGen, or similar
- Proficiency with CapCut or equivalent editors for final assembly, captions, and overlays
- Strong understanding of what performs well on social media platforms, such as pacing, visual hooks, and trends
- Attention to detail and consistency with brand aesthetics

- All scripts and creative direction will be provided
- You'll receive examples of our current ads
- We value speed, quality, and consistency

- Experience creating content in the beauty, haircare, or wellness niche
- Familiarity with UGC-style ad formats and direct response advertising
- Understanding of ad testing concepts (different hooks, visuals, CTAs on the same script)
