We are a real estate investment company focused on buying homes. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to help us connect with homeowners and generate off-market real estate opportunities.
This role is critical to our business—you will be the first point of contact with potential sellers and play a key role in setting qualified appointments.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided lead lists (probate, pre-foreclosure, absentee owners, etc.)
-Build rapport quickly and professionally with property owners
-identify motivation and qualify potential sellers
-Follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation tone
-Accurately input and update lead information in CRM
-Set appointments for acquisitions team
-Meet daily and weekly call/lead generation targets
Requirements:
-Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate preferred)
-Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
-Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Familiarity with CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a plus
-Ability to work independently and stay consistent
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in real estate wholesaling or investing
-Understanding of terms like ARV, cash offer, motivated seller, etc.
-Experience calling U.S.-based homeowners
