Job Title: Lead Construction Estimator (Founding Tea ---------- mber - 1 Spot Left) – $10/hr + Full Time

The Opportunity: Complete Our Founding Team
Are you tired of working for disorganized agencies or micromanagers who don't understand the complexities of construction estimating?

Newly Renovated Inc. is a premium U.S.-based General Contractor (San Francisco, CA) focused on residential and commercial construction. We are currently building an elite, two-person foundational proposal team based in the Philippines. We have already hired the first member of this team, and we are now looking for the second and final Lead Construction Estimator to complete the unit.

You will work directly alongside our Founder & CEO to build out our estimating systems, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and eventually help us recruit, train, and manage future estimators as we scale. What You Will Actually Do
• End-to-End Proposal Ownership: You are responsible for the entire proposal lifecycle. You will receive the base project information (site photos, notes, and plans), parse out all appropriate scopes of work, accurately calculate all costs and values, and deliver a 100% client-ready proposal.
• AI-Augmented Execution: We operate at the cutting edge. We expect our founding team to be highly trained in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as a supplemental tool. You will leverage AI to draft compelling proposal narratives, refine scopes of work, and enhance your overall capabilities as an estimator and a strategic tea ---------- mber.
• Scope Assembly & RFI Generation: Analyze incoming field data to identify hidden cost drivers, flag missing information, and proactively formulate intelligent RFI (Requests for Information) questions for the U.S. field team before the estimate is finalized.
• System Building & Leadership: Work directly with the Founder & CEO to document these AI-driven workflows, build Standard • Operating Procedures (SOPs), and eventually onboard, train, and manage future estimators as the company scales.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)
• 2+ Years U.S. Estimating Experience: You must have a track record of remote estimating for U.S.-based residential or commercial construction companies.
• Principles Over Platforms: We don't demand proficiency in one specific software on day one. Whether you use Buildertrend, JobTread, Procore, or PlanSwift, we care that you fundamentally understand the mechanics of construction pricing, takeoffs, and scopes. We will train you on our specific stack.
• English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) minimum required, though C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) is highly expected. You must be able to write clear, professional scopes of work and communicate effectively on video calls.
• Tech Setup: A modern PC/Laptop and highly reliable, fast internet capable of handling video calls and cloud-based software without lag.

The Offer & Schedule
• Role: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (100% Remote)
• Compensation: $10.00 USD per hour (Premium market rate)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday – Friday.
• Payments: Processed securely and reliably via Deel.
