What You'll Do:
Serve as the liaison between our Operations and Service teams — ensuring every ticket is complete, accurate, and routed to the right place before it ever reaches the Service team.
1. Review and process non-revenue-generating tickets and calls, managing them from intake to resolution.
2. Handle customer-facing tickets and calls involving non-revenue discussions, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
3. Validate that all required information from Operations is present and complete before dispatching any ticket to the Service team — incomplete submissions go back, not forward.
4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation across our systems, including ClickUp.
5. Coordinate closely with Operations and Service to ensure process compliance and smooth handoffs.
6. Perform quality assurance reviews on completed tickets to catch errors before they cause downstream delays.
7. Support daily administrative workflows and assist with internal tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail — you'll be the last line of defense before a ticket moves forward.
2. Comfortable working independently in a process-driven, behind-the-scenes coordination role.
3. Excellent written English and the ability to follow and enforce structured workflows.
4. Experience with project management or CRM tools (ClickUp experience is a plus).
5. A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and the self-discipline to thrive in a remote environment.
