About Us:
Nevada Real Estate Group is one of the top-performing teams in Las Vegas with over 150 active agents and multiple digital properties driving thousands of real estate leads monthly. We’re expanding our marketing operations and looking for a cutting-edge digital strategist to help us dominate AEO and SEO across all major answer engines, including Google, Perplexity, and ChatGPT.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven AEO & SEO Specialist who understands how real estate consumers search and engage online. The ideal candidate will build, implement, and optimize content and technical strategies to improve our visibility in AI-generated search results. Experience with Sierra Interactive sites, structured data, and AI tool integration is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

Audit and enhance our existing SEO and AEO structure for lead generation websites.

Implement schema markup, structured data, and conversational search optimization.

Research and deploy real estate-specific content strategies for AI and traditional search engines.

Use AI-driven tools and LLMs to automate and scale content development.

Collaborate with marketing team on data-driven improvements to site conversion funnels.

Report performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations weekly.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in SEO (preferably in real estate).

Understanding of AEO principles and structured search optimization.

Familiarity with Sierra Interactive, IDX systems, and real estate CRM integrations.

Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).

Strong technical writing, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation habits.

Bonus Points If You Can:

Build automated AI workflows for SEO audits, keyword clustering, or content generation.

Explain which LLM(s) you prefer and why (e.g., for reasoning, data handling, or execution speed).

Implement real estate schema and FAQ-driven content for voice search and AI answers.
