We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to manage a small team and oversee daily operations for our lead generation efforts.
This is NOT a basic assistant role. You will be responsible for making sure work gets done every day without fail.
If targets are not met, this will be addressed immediately. This role is for someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES
You will manage 2 Virtual Assistants (Atlanta + Charlotte) who:
Search for businesses that may need commercial cleaning services
Find contact information
Send outreach messages
Track responses
Follow up with leads
Your job is to ensure this happens every single day, accurately and consistently.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Team
Ensure each VA contacts 100–150 businesses per day
Check their work daily (no fake or incomplete work)
Hold them accountable to targets
Address underperformance immediately
Track All Leads (YOU OWN THIS)
Maintain a clean, organized tracking system (your choice of tool)
Every lead must include:
Business name
Contact info
Date contacted
Status
Follow-Up Management (VERY IMPORTANT)
Ensure ALL leads are followed up
No missed opportunities
Track pipeline:
Contacted ? Follow-up ? Interested ? Closed/Lost
Problem Solving
If performance is low ? fix it
If system is messy ? fix it
If something breaks ? fix it
You are expected to take ownership — not wait for instructions.
DAILY REPORT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Send one daily report with:
Atlanta:
Businesses contacted (#)
Responses (#)
Interested leads (#)
Charlotte:
Businesses contacted (#)
Responses (#)
Interested leads (#)
Follow-ups completed (#)
Issues or blockers
COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
You must be available daily and responsive during working hours
Clear, consistent communication is required
You will be managing a team, so responsiveness is critical
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
200–300 businesses contacted daily (team total)
Consistent responses coming in
Organized lead pipeline
No missed follow-ups
This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a higher-level position with increased pay based on performance.
