We are a fast-growing residential cleaning/exterior cleaning company looking for a high-performance Virtual Assistant who can handle calls, leads, quoting, and closing jobs.

This is NOT a basic VA role — this is a sales-focused position.

???? Pay Structure

• $2/hour base pay
• + $5 per lead CLOSED (commission)
• Opportunity to earn more as performance improves

???? Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls & respond to leads quickly (within 1 minute)
• Call back missed leads immediately
• Speak with customers and CLOSE jobs over the phone
• Provide quotes using our system
• Schedule appointments
• Follow up with leads that haven’t booked
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Upsell additional services when possible

? Requirements

• Residential cleaning experience REQUIRED (you must understand the service)
• STRONG sales skills (non-negotiable)
• Confident on the phone — not shy or robotic
• Fast internet + quiet work environment
• Ability to work U.S. hours (CST)
• Reliable, disciplined, and responsive
• Able to follow scripts AND think independently
