We’re Hiring: Senior IT Talent Sourcer (Microsoft Tech Stack)

Remote | US / EU Time Overlap Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Talent Sourcer to join our growing team.

This role is for someone who already has solid experience in IT recruiting / talent sourcing, understands technical profiles, and knows how to identify strong candidates across the Microsoft tech stack.

What we need
3+ years of experience in IT recruiting / talent sourcing
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn sourcing, and different job boards
Experience sourcing for technical roles, ideally involving:
C# / .NET
Microsoft SQL Server
Angular
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset
Ability and willingness to work with an overlap to European and/or US hours, ideally Eastern Time Zone
What you’ll do
Source and identify qualified IT candidates
Build strong sourcing pipelines for technical roles
Engage candidates through professional outreach
Review resumes and assess technical fit at a high level
Work closely with the team to support hiring across multiple roles
