We are looking for a reliable, experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. This role is focused on customer service, client communication, and credit repair support. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing updates, and ensuring all client needs are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide clients with regular report updates
Answer client questions and offer support related to their credit profile
Conduct monthly update calls with clients
Recommend tradeline add-ons when appropriate
Send payment plan reminders and follow-ups
Create and send invoices
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Top 3 Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable with strong time management and follow-through
Additional Requirements (Required – Do Not Apply If You Lack Experience):
Proven experience in credit repair
Hands-on experience with Dispute Fox (or similar software)
Ability to read and analyze credit reports in detail
Confident in answering all customer questions related to credit and disputes
Work Details:
Position: Part-time or Full-time (depending on experience)
Schedule: Flexible, but must be responsive and meet deadlines
Compensation: Based on experience
