The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, posting, and optimizing content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will work directly with the leadership team and event producers to drive ticket sales, increase brand visibility, and grow community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
Create story sequences that drive urgency and ticket sales
Coordinate flyer rollouts and lineup announcements
Content Strategy
Develop weekly posting calendar
Plan promotional campaigns for upcoming events
Identify trending sounds and viral formats relevant to nightlife
Build recurring content pillars (recaps, crowd
Growth & Engagement
Grow Instagram and TikTok audience
Respond to DMs and comments professionally
Identify and coordinate with influencers and brand partners
Track analytics and optimize based on performance
Sales Alignment
Support ticket pushes with countdown campaigns
Highlight VIP experiences and table packages
Create urgency-based content leading up to sell-outs
Qualifications
3+ year experience in social media management (nightlife, hospitality, or events preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok algorithms
Video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar)
Comfortable working in high-energy, live event environments
Strong aesthetic sense aligned with upscale nightlife branding
Bonus:
Experience working with event brands
Photography skills
Knowledge of EDM/House/Latin nightlife culture
Graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
