About the Role
Buddy Moving is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers. This is a sales-driven role, not a customer service position. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into booked moves by building trust, communicating clearly, and confidently guiding customers through the booking process.
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, articulate, and persuasive, with a strong ability to connect with U.S.-based customers and close sales consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, texts, and
Qualify leads and identify customer needs quickly and effectively
Provide accurate quotes and explain services with confidence
Follow up with unbooked leads to convert them into booked jobs
Handle objections professionally and guide customers toward a decision
Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system
Meet or exceed booking and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals
Confident, upbeat, and professional phone presence
Experience speaking with U.S.-based customers preferred
Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate persuasively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Preferred Experience
Sales or call center experience (inbound or outbound)
Experience in home services, logistics, or moving companies
Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Pay: $6.00 – $9.00 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
Commission: Additional Performance-based commission on booked and completed jobs
Earnings Potential: Strong performers typically earn additional monthly commission based on sales volume
