Requirements
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales
- Proven ability to research and identify talent (LinkedIn, databases, or similar tools)
- Strong written communication skills (especially outreach messaging)

- Self-starter mentality with a strong internal drive to hit goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, or similar ATS/CRM tools
- Exposure to Boolean search techniques or candidate sourcing strategies
Key Responsibilities
- As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for building and driving candidate pipelines across multiple executive and physician searches.
- Conduct market research to identify target companies and candidates
- Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach to generate candidate interest
- Qualify candidates against role requirements and cultural fit
- Schedule candidates for recruiter and client interviews
- Track all candidate activity in the company’s CRM (Loxo)
- Partner with recruiters to refine search strategy and improve pipeline quality
- Generate referrals and expand candidate networks within target markets
- Contribute to search strategy discussions with research and insights
What Success Looks Like (First 45 Days)
First 14 Days:
- Learn Spirit Consulting’s search process, tools, and client expectations
- Understand active searches, target profiles, and key markets
- Begin building initial candidate lists and outreach campaigns
- Shadow recruiter calls and candidate screens
Days 14–30:
- Consistently generate candidate responses and interest
- Build strong pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously
- Demonstrate effective outreach messaging and follow-up strategy
- Begin contributing insights on candidate market trends
Days 30–45:
- Deliver qualified, interview-ready candidates to recruiters
- Show ability to independently manage sourcing workflows
- Consistently hit outreach and pipeline generation targets
- Improve efficiency and quality of candidate identification
Compensation & Performance Incentives
