We own a short-term rental property in the North Carolina mountains and are looking for an experienced social media and paid ads specialist to help us increase direct bookings.
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully marketed short-term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO/direct booking) and can demonstrate real results.
What We Need:
Creation and management of Instagram and
Development of a clear social media strategy focused on driving bookings (not just engagement)
Content planning using our existing photo library (we have plenty of high-quality images)
Writing captions and structuring posts that convert viewers into guests
Setup and management of paid ads (Meta –
Retargeting strategies (website visitors, engagement audiences, etc.)
Ongoing optimization based on performance data
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Proven experience marketing short-term rental properties
Demonstrated success running paid ads that led to bookings
Strong understanding of what makes STR content convert (not generic social media tactics)

Ad campaign results (before/after, ROAS, bookings generated, or similar metrics)
