We are an Amazon agency managing multiple Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across Europe.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us manage and monitor our clients’ Amazon accounts on a daily basis.
Your role is simple: make sure everything runs smoothly, every day.
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of Amazon Seller & Vendor accounts
- Identify and resolve issues (blocked listings, suppressed products, errors, etc.)
- Open and follow up on Amazon support cases
- Assist with product listings (creation, updates, variations)
- Prepare monthly reports for clients (turnover, units sold, PPC performance, rankings, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate FBA shipments with clients (goal: never go out of stock)
- Be proactive and suggest ideas to improve and grow client accounts
Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Good written English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow processes (SOPs)
- Problem-solver mindset
- Reliable internet connection and equipment (computer + headset)
Bonus:
- Experience with Vendor Central
- French speaking
