JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a long-established retail business in Ireland selling furniture, homewares, and interiors.

We are not looking for “likes” or “followers”.
We are focused on real sales — both online and in our physical store.

We have a lot of stock and want to:

Sell more of what we already have
Build better offers and bundles
Improve product pages
Increase average order value
Your Role (Very Important)

You are NOT a general VA.

You are responsible for:

Turning our existing stock into bundles, offers, and product pages that generate sales

Daily Tasks (Output-Based Role)

You will complete the following EVERY DAY:

1. Create 3 Product Bundles

Examples:

Sofa + cushions + lamp
Bed + mattress + pillows
Recliner + throw

Each bundle must include:

Name
Price
Saving / value
Short description
2. Improve 5 Product Pages on Shopify
Clear title
3–5 benefit bullet points
Better descriptions
Add urgency:
“Last few remaining”
“Popular this week”
3. Identify Slow-Moving Stock

Daily report:

3–5 products not selling
Suggest:
Discount
Bundle
Promotion
4. Create 2 Simple Sales Offers

Examples:

“Buy any sofa ? get cushions half price”
“Any 2 chairs €XXX”
Weekly Targets
15 bundles created
25+ product pages improved
10+ slow products identified
10+ offers created

You must have at least 1 year experience with Shopify. I will not consider anyone who has less.
