???? About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to identify, validate, and develop high-potential products for Amazon.

You will own the end-to-end process—from product research and validation to supplier sourcing, product development, and profitability analysis. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions independently.

???? Compensation & Setup
- Salary: $1,000–$1,400/month (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time (9h/day)
- Benefits: 14 days paid leave after 3 months

- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with clear objectives and deadlines
- Logical thinker who understands the relationship between costs, demand, and profit
- Prior experience in e-commerce / Amazon FBA

???? Required Tools
- Helium 10 – strong knowledge (Cerebro, Black Box, Xray, Profits, Keyword Tracker)
- Google Sheets / Excel – formulas, tables, ROI calculations, - dashboards
- Canva / PowerPoint – presentations and reporting
- Keepa – price tracking and seasonality analysis
- Amazon Seller Central – ability to interpret sales data and BSR
- Alibaba & WeChat – supplier research and communication
- Jungle Scout – a plus

???? Required Skills
- Competitive analysis – ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Financial knowledge – understanding of gross margin, logistics costs, and profit estimation
- Strong English communication – written and verbal (C2 level or equivalent)
- E-commerce experience, preferably Amazon FBA

???? Key Responsibilities
Product Research
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential products across Amazon marketplaces (US/CA/AU/EU/UK/JP/SG)
- Analyze search volume, pricing, costs, and profitability (ROI, net margin, FBA fees)
- Evaluate competition, including customer reviews, pricing strategies, ratings, review count, and brand dominance
- Track trends and identify emerging product niches
- Collect, organize, and present data using Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva
- Report weekly progress and recommend high-potential product opportunities

Product Development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop products aligned with market demand and brand strategy
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure products are competitive and differentiated

Supplier Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, terms, and contracts to ensure competitive advantage and optimal margins

Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement product quality standards in collaboration with suppliers
- Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits to ensure consistency and compliance with requirements

Cost Analysis
- Conduct detailed cost analysis including production, quality control, shipping, and all Amazon-related fees
- Ensure products meet target profitability before launch

Supply Chain Management
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including production timelines, shipping, and inventory replenishment
- Implement strategies to reduce lead times and optimize inventory levels

Compliance and Regulations
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ensure all products meet relevant safety and regulatory standards

Data Analysis
- Use data and analytics tools to track product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve listings and overall performance

???? Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Amazon product development and sourcing
- Proven experience in product development, supplier sourcing, and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
