Social Media Video Editor & Content Manager (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor + Content Manager who can help grow our brand through short-form content. This role is not just editing — you will also contribute ideas, manage posting, and actively engage with our audience.
Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Add captions, hooks, transitions, and trending styles
Optimize videos for high retention and conversions
Turn raw clips into engaging, viral-style content
???? Content Ideation
Suggest daily video ideas based on trends
Recommend trending audio, hooks, and formats
Research competitors and viral content in our niche
Help plan content that drives sales, not just views
Social Media Management
Schedule and post content using Buffer
Ensure content is posted consistently (daily)
Write captions and optimize hashtags
Community Engagement
Respond to comments and messages
Engage with followers to build a strong community
Help increase interaction and trust on our pages
Requirements
Experience editing short-form viral content
Strong understanding of TikTok / Instagram trends
Ability to identify what makes content go viral
Organized and consistent with posting schedules
Good English communication skills
Experience with tools like:
CapCut / Premiere Pro (editing)
Buffer (or similar scheduling tools)
Canva
