JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | $4/hr | Growth Opportunity)

We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing business. This role starts part-time at $4/hr, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

This is NOT a basic VA role — we need someone who moves fast, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of their work.

- Highly organized & detail-oriented – You track tasks, schedules, follow-ups, and don’t miss steps
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and learning new systems quickly
- Problem-solver mindset – You don’t just point out issues — you help fix them
- Reliable & accountable – You show up, follow through, and keep commitments
- Positive attitude – You stay calm, helpful, and step up when things get busy
- Graphic design skills – Experience using Canva or similar tools to create flyers, posts, or simple designs

Huge Plus (Not Required, But Preferred)

- Experience in healthcare, home care, or administrative support
- Lead generation experience
- Automation tools (Zapier or similar)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing emails, tasks, and follow-ups
- Tracking schedules and pending items
- Supporting daily business operations
- Creating simple graphics (flyers, social posts, etc.)
- Assisting with organization, systems, and workflows
- Helping identify and solve problems before they escalate
- Supporting compliance, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Reviewing records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identifying missing items, errors, or risks and helping resolve them quickly
- Keeping systems organized and audit-ready at all times (no last-minute scrambling)

Details:

- Pay: $4/hour
- Schedule: Part-time (with potential for full-time growth)
- Remote position
