We’re Samako, a fast-growing e-commerce brand from The Netherlands. With 100,000+ customers and strong traction on ---------- , Amazon, and our own webshop, we’re raising the standard in the cleaning space. Our customers love us for clever products and exceptional service — and now we’re looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) to help us scale faster.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Edit performance-driven creatives (UGC-style, product demos, hooks, variations) at scale
• Work with a mix of raw footage, user-generated content, and supporting tools to produce the best possible creatives
• Rapidly iterate on winning concepts based on performance data
• Optimize videos for retention, hook rate, and conversion
• Collaborate with marketing to turn ideas into high-performing creatives
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand look across all video output

What You Must Bring:

• Proven experience editing video ads for e-commerce (performance marketing focus is required)
• Strong understanding of what makes ads convert (hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention)
• Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar)
• Comfortable using modern tools to speed up production and improve output quality
• Ability to produce a high volume of creatives without sacrificing quality
• Fast, structured, and highly execution-focused
• Clear communicator, able to take and implement feedback quickly
• Ownership mindset: you care about results, not just output
