JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support multiple fast-growing digital businesses in AI, tech, and healthcare.

This is not a basic admin role — we’re looking for someone who can think, take initiative, and grow with the business.

About the Role

You will work directly with the founder to support:

* AI business (automation, chatbots, digital products)
* Autism-focused platform (supporting families and awareness)
* Personal brand & content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

You will play a key role in both **growth (marketing/content)** and **operations (admin/support)**.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Growth

* Create and schedule content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Repurpose content into captions, carousels, and short-form posts
* Respond to DMs and comments
* Research trends and suggest content ideas

2. Admin & Operations

* Manage emails and calendar
* Organise files, documents, and workflows
* Support with simple research tasks
* Assist with customer enquiries

3. AI & Digital Support (Training Provided)**

* Assist with chatbot setup and automation workflows
* Upload and manage content on websites/platforms
* Support basic tech/admin tasks (no coding required)

Requirements

* Strong written and spoken English
* Experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Able to take initiative (very important)
* Reliable internet and availability

Bonus (not required):

* Experience with AI tools, automation, or chatbots
* Canva or basic design skills
* Experience supporting online businesses

* Starting: $5–$8/hour (based on experience)
