Waiterix addresses critical operational challenges in the restaurant industry, including missed calls, staff shortages, slow service, and limited visibility into performance. This is a mission-critical solution, not a discretionary tool.

Role Overview

We are expanding across the United States and are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to support our growth.

This is a remote, performance-driven role focused on:

•Cold calling restaurant owners and decision-makers in the U.S.
•Delivering product demonstrations
•Closing new business
•Managing client relationships to ensure retention

You will play a key role in introducing Waiterix to prospective clients and maintaining long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants across the U.S.
•Engage directly with owners and managers
•Present Waiterix in a clear, concise, and value-driven manner
•Identify operational challenges and position appropriate solutions
•Deliver product demonstrations
•Close new client accounts
•Onboard new customers and ensure successful activation
•Maintain ongoing client relationships to support retention and recurring revenue

Compensation

•Base Pay: $5 USD per hour
•Commission: 3% recurring monthly commission on each closed and retained client ($3,000 per month)
•Earning Potential: Performance-based, with scalable recurring income tied to client retention

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

•Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral or American-accented tone
•Confidence in cold calling and sales conversations
•Ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively
•Comfort with technology and ability to learn SaaS products quickly
•Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
•Resilience and professionalism in handling objections

Preferred:

•Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
•Experience with SaaS or technology products
