JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this role, you will:
-Help set up automations, workflows, and other GHL tasks
-Manage CRM automation and ensure smooth integration of data and processes
-Build, test, and optimize campaigns, funnels, and communication sequences
-Occasionally support automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or HubSpot
-Be confident with setting up systems end-to-end and ensuring they run smoothly
-Be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding improvements
-Enjoy collaborating with the team and keeping projects on track

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Database Management
-Ensure all contacts, leads, and opportunities are correctly entered and maintained in GoHighLevel
-Clean, update, and segment CRM data for accuracy and effective targeting
-Import/export data as required and manage duplicate records
-Monitor database health and ensure compliance with data policies
Automations & Workflows
-Build, test, and optimize automations for lead capture, follow-up, and nurturing
-Create workflows for sales, onboarding, and customer journeys
-Manage triggers, actions, and pipeline movements to ensure smooth processes
-Troubleshoot automation errors and maintain clean process flow
Funnels, Forms & Landing Pages
-Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys in GHL
-Ensure forms/surveys are properly branded, linked to the correct domain, and integrated with automations
-Test forms and booking systems to ensure proper data capture and notifications
Campaigns & Communication
-Set up, schedule, and monitor email and SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel
-Build nurture sequences, win-back campaigns, and re-engagement flows
-Ensure deliverability standards are met and troubleshoot bounce/spam issues
-Create templates and keep communication consistent with brand tone
Integrations & Tools
-Set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, etc.)
-Maintain connections with calendars, payment gateways, social media, and other apps
-Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues promptly
Reporting & Analytics
-Set up and maintain dashboards for lead tracking, campaign performance, and pipeline status
-Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead conversions, campaign performance, and automation success
-Use analytics to recommend improvements and new automation opportunities
Documentation & Process Improvement
-Document workflows, automations, and processes for easy reference
-Maintain a library of templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Marketing Support (as needed)
-Assist with content scheduling and publishing (social media, email, blog posts)
-Support design and setup of simple graphics or landing page layouts
-Help with lead generation campaigns and event funnels
-Provide admin support for the marketing team

Skills & Experience
-Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required)
-Strong knowledge of automations, triggers, pipelines, and campaign setup
-Experience building and managing funnels, landing pages, forms, and booking systems
-Solid understanding of email/SMS marketing automation and best practices
-Comfortable managing integrations (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, calendars, payment systems, social accounts)
-Experience with reporting dashboards and CRM data management
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes
-Strong collaboration and communication skills
-Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (lead generation, nurturing, event funnels)
-Bonus: knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is an advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Campaigns, workflows, and funnels are built, tested, and launched on time
-CRM data accuracy maintained at 95%+
-Automation errors/issues resolved within 24 hours
-Increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion rates through optimized workflows
-Consistent delivery of reports and dashboards within agreed timelines
-Positive feedback from team and clients on responsiveness and collaboration
-Contribution to continuous process improvements and system scalability
