JOB OVERVIEW

Company: HospiceShield Compliance — ---------- — a fast-growing compliance consulting firm. We produce educational video content for hospice operators and healthcare professionals across California.

What This Job Is: We produce 2 short educational videos per week using HeyGen AI — an AI video presenter tool. Our Social Media Manager writes the scripts and produces the raw HeyGen video. You receive that raw video and turn it into a polished, professional, upload-ready final product. You upload it to YouTube and share clips to ---------- and Facebook the same day.

Your Weekly Work: — Receive 2 raw HeyGen AI videos per week from our Social Media Manager — Edit for pacing, clean up pauses, and tighten timing to 60 to 90 seconds — Add accurate captions and subtitles — Add HospiceShield logo watermark and branded lower thirds — Add background music at low volume if appropriate — Export in correct format for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook — Upload to YouTube with the title, description, tags, and thumbnail provided by the Social Media Manager — Deliver the finished video within 24 hours of receiving the raw file. Every time.

You Must Have — No Exceptions: — A portfolio. If you do not have examples of short-form videos you have edited — do not apply. No portfolio means no interview. — Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software — Experience editing talking-head or AI presenter videos — not just montage or travel content — Strong captions — accurate, well-timed, readable font and size — 24-hour turnaround. This is a hard requirement. If you cannot consistently deliver within 24 hours do not apply. — Reliable internet and reliable computer that can handle video editing without crashing

Strong Plus If You Have: — Experience with HeyGen AI video output specifically — Experience creating custom YouTube thumbnails in Canva or Photoshop — Prior work editing content for healthcare, legal, or professional services clients

Compensation: $400 to $600 per month for 2 videos per week. Volume will increase as the channel grows. Fast workers who deliver excellent quality will earn more.
