JOB OVERVIEW

We run a marketing agency and are looking for a skilled automation specialist to build a fully automated client onboarding system.

The goal is simple:
As soon as a deal is marked “Deposit Paid” or “Paid in Full” inside GoHighLevel, the entire onboarding process should run automatically without manual work.

What You’ll Be Building:

Trigger:
• When an opportunity moves to:
“Deposit Paid – Ready for Onboarding”
OR
“Paid in Full – Ready for Onboarding”

Automation Flow:

Send Welcome Email
• Clear onboarding instructions
• Professional and branded
Send Onboarding Form
• GoHighLevel form
• Collect client data for fulfillment
Create Client Slack Channel
• Dedicated channel per client
• Invite client + internal team
• Send welcome message with links and next steps
Create Google Drive Folder
• Predefined folder structure for each client
• Return link for internal + client use
Create GoHighLevel Sub-Account
• Using a prebuilt snapshot
• Automatically populate with client info
Internal Notification
• Notify team in Slack or ----------
• Include all relevant client details and links

Tools We Use:
• GoHighLevel (CRM)
• ---------- (automation – REQUIRED)
• Slack (client communication)
• Google Drive

Requirements:
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (especially sub-accounts + snapshots)
• Strong experience with ---------- (building multi-step automations)
• Experience with API integrations (webhooks, HTTP modules, etc.)
• Ability to build clean, scalable systems
• Must include error handling and fallback logic
• Good English communication

Bonus (Not Required but Valuable):
• Experience working with marketing agencies
• Experience building onboarding systems
• Ability to suggest improvements to system architecture

Deliverables:
• Fully working automated onboarding system
