Title: Virtual Assistant — Healthcare Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, US Business Hours)
Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
Pay: $3.00 to $4.00/hour USD depending on experience, paid weekly via Wise
About the Company:
We are a HIPAA-compliant healthcare logistics and medical courier company based in Virginia, USA. We specialize in specimen transport, prescription delivery, and time-sensitive medical logistics for healthcare facilities and government health agencies. We are building our client and partner network and need a dedicated outreach specialist to drive that growth on both the government and commercial side.
What You Will Do:
- Make 20 to 30 outbound calls per day to US-based healthcare facilities, hospitals, reference laboratories, specialty pharmacies, and home health agencies
- Conduct government outreach to federal health agencies for logistics and courier contract opportunities
- Monitor

- Log every call, contact, and outcome in our tracker and Google Sheets immediately after each interaction
- Build and maintain a contact database of healthcare decision makers and procurement officers
- Send a daily end-of-day summary report via Slack covering all outreach activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience making outbound calls to US businesses — 20 or more calls per day
- Comfortable calling hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies and speaking with administrators and procurement staff
- Tech savvy — comfortable navigating multiple digital tools simultaneously and learning new platforms quickly. This is non-negotiable. Our operation runs on technology and you need to keep up.
- Proficient with Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive
- Comfortable with Slack, Notion, DocuSign, and pipeline management tools
- Able to navigate
- Familiar with or able to quickly learn HIPAA compliance basics as they relate to healthcare vendor communications
- Fluent English — written and spoken. Professional, calm, and compliance-aware phone manner. Healthcare clients take vendor credibility seriously.
- Reliable internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher and a quiet dedicated workspace for calls
- Available to work 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday — no exceptions
- Organized and detail-oriented — every call logged, every follow-up tracked, every document filed correctly
Preferred but not required:
- Background in healthcare, medical services, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics
- Experience in medical sales, healthcare administration, or pharmaceutical outreach
- Previous work in government contracting or federal procurement
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare facility structures
- Experience with CRM tools or AI research tools
