Title: Virtual Assistant — Government Contracting Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, US Business Hours)
Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Pay: $3.00 to $4.00/hour USD depending on experience, paid weekly via Wise

What You Will Do:
- Make 20 to 30 outbound calls per day to US-based subcontractors during business hours using a provided US phone number
- Cold call subcontractors by trade category — custodial, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and facility maintenance — and qualify them for current and upcoming contract opportunities
- Build a proactive subcontractor bench before bids come in, not only when a specific opportunity arises
- Send scopes of work and subcontractor information forms to interested parties and follow up until pricing is returned
- Monitor
- Log every call, contact, and outcome in our pipeline tracker and Google Sheets immediately after each interaction
- Maintain an accurate subcontractor master list with current contact details and response status
- Send a daily end-of-day summary report via Slack covering all outreach activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls to US businesses — 20 or more calls per day
- Background in procurement, vendor sourcing, subcontractor management, sales, or business development
- Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection professionally and move on quickly
- Tech savvy — comfortable navigating multiple digital tools simultaneously and learning new platforms quickly. This is non-negotiable.
- Proficient with Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive
- Comfortable with Slack, Notion, and DocuSign
- Able to navigate
- Fluent English — written and spoken. You will be speaking with US business owners and contractors daily.
- Reliable internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher and a quiet dedicated workspace for calls
- Available to work the exact hours listed above with no exceptions
- Organized and detail-oriented — every call logged, every follow-up tracked, every document filed
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in US government contracting, federal procurement, or construction subcontracting
- Previous work sourcing subcontractors for project-based or bid-driven work
- Familiarity with
- Knowledge of government set-aside types including WOSB, small business, and HUBZone
- Experience with CRM tools or AI research tools
