**Head of Product Operations & AI Enablement**
We’re looking for a high-leverage operator to work directly with the founder to scale how our product is communicated, understood, and improved—both internally and externally. You will work directly with the founder.
This role sits at the center of product, engineering, marketing, and customer teams. You’ll own product communication, documentation, and release coordination, while also building AI-powered workflows and agents to reduce manual work and help us scale efficiently.
**What you’ll do**
* Own product communication (release notes, announcements, internal updates)
* Maintain and improve help docs, guides, and product education (including videos)
* Ensure app store listings, website, and marketing stay aligned with the product
* Keep sales, CS, and support teams up to date and enabled on product changes
* Act as the connective layer between founder, engineering, and go-to-market teams
* Build and deploy AI agents/workflows to improve support, onboarding, and internal operations
**What we’re looking for**
* Strong operator with excellent writing and communication skills
* Product-minded, highly organized, and proactive
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
* Hands-on with AI tools (prompting, automation, agents) and excited to build
* Bias for action and ownership—someone who gets things done without being asked twice
