• Send pre-written cold
• Follow up on Day 2, Day 7, and Day 14 for every prospect
• Send LinkedIn connection requests and DMs daily
• Flag warm responses and
• Submit a short daily activity report
Requirements:
Excellent written English
• 1+ year B2B outreach or cold
• Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting and HubSpot or similar CRM
• Self-motivated — hits targets without being micromanaged
• Available Mon-Fri during US business hours 9am-5pm CST
• Reliable internet and professional work environment
