As an IVO VA, you are not just scheduling posts. You are the daily presence of a real estate brand. Every comment you write reflects a professional's reputation, and the relationships you build on their behalf are real.

This Role at a Glance:
- Hours: 2–4 hours per day

- Clients: 1 dedicated client per VA

What You'll Do:
- Log in daily via a US-based VPN to manage your assigned client's
- Review your client's target contact list each session and prioritize 20–50 profiles to engage based on recent activity
- Like relevant posts and scan stories from the past 24–48 hours, focusing on real estate content and professional milestones
- Use Grok AI to draft 2–3 comment options per post, then personalize and post one — always a short, genuine question that invites a reply
- React to stories with emojis or brief replies where appropriate, and post personalized birthday and work anniversary congratulations if the client subscribes to that add-on
- Flag all incoming direct messages in the client dashboard for the client to handle — you never respond to DMs
- Log all activity (comments, likes, profiles engaged, conversations sparked) in the daily metrics spreadsheet after every session
- Participate in monthly team quality reviews and quarterly refresher training

- Strong written English — comments must sound natural and human; grammar, tone, and clarity matter every time
- Reliable internet and device — stable connection, modern browser, and availability Mon–Fri during agreed hours
- Attention to detail — brand guidelines, engagement limits, and platform rules must be followed precisely every session
- Discretion — you'll have access to real client accounts; credential security and confidentiality are non-negotiable
- Comfort with AI tools — you'll use Grok daily to draft comments; no prior experience needed, just willingness to learn the workflow
- Consistency — your client's visibility depends on you showing up every weekday; reliability is the most important trait we hire for

Important Policies:
- VPN required, always. Every session must be conducted through our designated US-based VPN. Logging in to a client account without an active VPN is a compliance violation.
- No DM responses. You will never reply to or send direct messages on behalf of a client. DMs are flagged for the client to handle personally.
- No copy-paste from AI. Grok gives you options — you always personalize before posting. A comment that sounds like a robot reflects on the client.
- Engagement limits apply. You'll engage each contact a maximum of 5–10 times per week to stay within platform guidelines and avoid spam flags.

Training & Support:
You won't be dropped in and left to figure it out. Before your first live session, you'll complete a full SOP walkthrough, a 1-hour Grok training session, and a supervised practice engagement. Monthly quality reviews, quarterly refresher training, and an open escalation line to our ops team are ongoing throughout your time at IVO.
